Charles and Gregg are joined by Dr. Terrence Allen for a discussion of the relatonship between urban communities and law enforcement, and the flashpoints of violence that have occurred in places like Ferguson, Cleveland, and Madison. Terrence is an Assistant Professor in the School of Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin who has conducted extensive research into children and families residing in urban communities.
