Charles and Gregg are joined by Dr. Terrence Allen for a discussion about the mistrust that residents of urban communities have for the police and the society around them, and ways to transform urban communities by caring about them and creating kinship relationships across racial and geographic baoundaries. Terrence is an Assistant Professor in the School of Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin who has conducted extensive research into children and families residing in urban communities.
